Yes, that is what you are looking at, a F-4 With Canards.
I have a plan, and it will look kick ass, I'll get a nice little F-4 in 1/72 scale, buy a sheet of Polystyrene plastic, and cut out some canards, modify the air intakes like they are in the picture, but I have a even better plan, I'm doing the same camo as on my F-104 CCV, and I have some of that Orange paint left, and some CCV decals, so what I'm going to do is build a brother for my German F-104 CCV!
